About The Role

We're looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Associate to own email marketing strategy and execution across the customer lifecycle.

At Aftershoot, email is one of our most important growth channels. From onboarding and activation to retention, expansion, and Product & Marketing launches, every email should help customers discover value faster and move closer to becoming long-term users.

This role is for someone who enjoys combining customer psychology, data, automation, and experimentation to drive measurable business outcomes. You'll work closely with Product marketing, Growth, Design, and Product teams to build email journeys, Campaigns that improve engagement, retention, and revenue.

💼 What you’ll do:

• Manage & maintain email lifecycle campaigns and automated customer journeys.
• Collaborate with team to build and optimise onboarding, activation, retention, upsell, and win-back email programs.
• Analyse customer behavior and identify opportunities to improve engagement and conversion.
• Create customer segments and personalised email experiences based on product usage and lifecycle stage.
• Run A/B tests on subject lines, content, timing, audiences, and journey logic.
• Monitor & Report key metrics including open rates, clicks, activation, retention, and revenue impact.
• Partner Product marketing, Growth, Design, and Product teams to launch customer communications tied to product launches and key business initiatives.
• Maintain campaign quality, audience logic, and email deliverability best practices
  
  
  

• 2–4 years of experience in Lifecycle Marketing, CRM Marketing, Email Marketing, or Retention Marketing.
• Hands-on experience with platforms such as Customer.io, Braze, Mailmodo, Klaviyo, CleverTap, HubSpot, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and email automation.
• Comfortable working with data, reporting, and campaign performance analysis.
• Excellent written communication skills and a strong eye for customer-focused messaging.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns while maintaining attention to detail.
• A proactive mindset with a bias toward ownership and execution.
• Comfort working from the Delhi office on a full-time basis
