Saraf and Partners is seeking an experienced Associate to join its dynamic Tax Practice in Noida. This is a strategic, full-time, on-site role requiring expertise in transactional and corporate tax matters.

Job Details

Position: Associate – Tax Practice (Vacancies: Not specified)
Experience Required: 3–6 years of experience in tax practice at a top-tier law firm or equivalent.
Job Type: Full-time, On-site
Location: Noida
Salary: Commensurate with industry standards.

Practice Areas / Focus

M&A Tax and Transaction Tax
Corporate Tax and Cross-border Taxation
Tax Structuring and Advisory
Tax Litigation

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: LL.B and/or CA.
3–6 years of experience in tax practice at a top-tier law firm or equivalent.
Strong understanding of M&A tax, transaction tax, corporate tax, and cross-border taxation.
Excellent drafting, research, analytical, and communication skills.
Strong command of tax law and regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

Work with senior partners on strategic tax solutions and tax structuring for domestic and cross-border transactions.
Handle tax litigation before relevant forums.
Draft and review legal opinions, litigation submissions, and transaction documents.
Track and communicate tax law updates, regulatory changes, and judicial developments.
Assist in preparing internal and external thought leadership materials.
