About Legal Job Opportunity At JSA

JSA is seeking an experienced Associate to join its high-capacity Disputes/Litigation team in the Bengaluru office. This is an on-site, full-time role requiring focused experience in complex dispute resolution.

Job Details

Position: Associate – Disputes/Litigation
Experience Required (PQE): 1–2 years of post-qualification experience, including at least 1 year at a Tier-1 or Tier-2 law firm.
Job Type: Full-time, On-site
Location: Bengaluru (On-site)
Salary: Commensurate with industry standards

Practice Areas

Commercial and Regulatory Disputes
Litigation and Arbitration
Constitutional and Administrative Law

Eligibility Criteria

1–2 years of post-qualification experience, including at least 1 year at a Tier-1 or Tier-2 law firm.
Focused experience in disputes/litigation practice.
Strong legal research, drafting, and advocacy support skills.
Proficiency in reading and speaking Kannada is essential.
Ability to handle case preparation, drafting, client communication, and court-related responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions.
Draft pleadings, applications, briefs, and other litigation documents.
Assist in hearings, case strategy discussions, and court proceedings.
Provide legal representation and advisory services to clients.
Support senior lawyers in dispute resolution matters.
