Key Responsibilities
Lead validation and testing of connectivity features (WIFI, Bluetooth, GPS, NFC) across product lines.
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and validation strategies for connectivity modules.
Analyze test results, identify issues, and drive root cause analysis in collaboration with engineering teams.
Work with design, development, and QA teams to ensure connectivity features meet product requirements and industry standards.
Stay updated on the latest connectivity technologies, standards, and compliance requirements.
Provide technical expertise and guidance on connectivity-related issues throughout the product lifecycle.
Document validation processes, test results, and provide clear reports to stakeholders.
Support certification processes (e.g., FCC, CE, Bluetooth SIG) as needed.

Work Experience
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
8+ years of experience in product validation or testing, with a focus on connectivity technologies (WIFI, Bluetooth, GPS, NFC).
Deep understanding of wireless communication protocols and standards.
Hands-on experience with test equipment (spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, protocol analyzers, etc.).
Strong fundamentals of digital communication, including modulation schemes, error correction, and signal processing
In-depth understanding of WIFI and Bluetooth standards and specifications (e.g., IEEE 802.11, Bluetooth 5.0)
Experience with functional and performance testing, including throughput, latency, and power consumption analysis
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or MATLAB
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and implement effective solutions
Familiarity with end-user use cases and scenarios for WIFI and Bluetooth applications
Strong understanding of hardware testing principles, including test equipment operation and calibration
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with consumer electronics or wearable devices.
Familiarity with regulatory and certification processes for connectivity features.
Experience with automation frameworks and scripting languages (Python, Shell, etc.).
Knowledge of hardware debugging and RF troubleshooting.
