Job Description

Ensure compliance with company law and regulatory requirements.
Manage board and committee meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes.
Handle corporate governance and statutory filings.
Maintain company records and statutory registers.
Assist with legal and regulatory matters as needed.
Coordinate with stakeholders for compliance and governance-related tasks.
Advise on company law and governance best practices.
Support in drafting and reviewing legal documents.

The Successful Applicant

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

Qualification as a Company Secretary (CS) with at-least 15 years of experience
Good knowledge of corporate laws and governance practices.
Confidence in handling compliance and regulatory tasks.
Strong communication and organisational skills
