Job requirements
The Atlys Launchpad Fellowship is a full-time, in-office fellowship for second, final-year students and fresh graduates who want to start working and learning before their first full-time role. As a Guest Delight Fellow, you’ll be the first point of contact for our users, helping make their visa journey smooth and stress-free.
What You’ll Do
Core Operations: Be the voice of Atlys across calls, chats, and emails, resolving traveler queries with clarity, empathy, and speed.
Cross-Functional Learning: While Guest Delight is your home function, you’ll work closely with Fulfilment, Product, and Compliance teams to resolve user issues and understand how the larger system works.
Tooling & Documentation: Accurately log conversations in our CRM, stay updated on visa policies, and use internal tools to track and resolve escalations.
Feedback & Improvements: Flag user pain points and suggest ways to improve our support experience and product flows.
Capstone Project: Take on a real-world challenge in Guest Delight, craft a solution, and present it to the leadership team.

Execution Rigor: Manage multiple support channels, prioritize under pressure, and follow through with discipline.

Mentorship: Get regular feedback, 1:1 coaching, and career guidance from experienced operators.
Crash Course: This fellowship is your crash course in Customer Success and Product Experience, with real execution, not just theory.
Ideal Candidate
Second or Final-year student or recent graduate, available for a 3–6 month, in-office fellowship in Delhi (6 days a week).
Excellent written and spoken English; extra languages are a plus.
Quick learner who can pick up visa regulations and explain them in simple terms.
Patient, empathetic, and solution-oriented.
Organized, detail-oriented, and diligent with documentation.
Thrives in fast-paced environments and doesn’t wait to be told what to do.
Open to all academic backgrounds: arts, commerce, sciences, engineering, and more.
