Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Finance Executive to support our finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of financial processes, strong numerical skills, and the ability to handle day-to-day accounting tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining financial records, invoices, and ledgers
• Handle accounts payable and receivable processes
• Perform data entry for financial transactions
• Assist in bank reconciliations and expense tracking
• Prepare basic financial reports and MIS reports
• Support in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings
• Coordinate with internal teams for billing and payment follow-ups
• Maintain proper documentation of financial records
• Assist senior finance team in audits and financial planning
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (B.Com preferred)
• 0–2 years of experience in finance/accounting roles
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
• Familiarity with MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books)
• Good analytical and numerical skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and organizational skills
