Job Summary

The HR Intern will assist the Human Resources department in daily administrative tasks and gain practical experience in various HR functions such as recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process (posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews)
  • Maintain employee records and update HR databases
  • Support onboarding and orientation of new employees
  • Help in organizing training sessions and employee engagement activities
  • Assist in payroll and attendance tracking (if required)
  • Handle HR-related documentation and filing
  • Respond to employee queries under supervision
  • Support performance management processes

Required Skills

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of HR principles
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Any HRMS software knowledge added in advantages.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn and adapt

Qualifications

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Basic understanding of HR concepts and practices
