Job Description – Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for experienced Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive professionals with strong Project Sales experience in Floor Coatings, Epoxy Flooring and PU (Polyurethane) Flooring to drive sales and develop new project business across Delhi NCR.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive project sales of Floor Coating solutions, including Epoxy Flooring, PU Flooring and Polyurethane Floor Coatings.
  
• Identify and generate new project opportunities across Delhi NCR.
  
• Develop and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, architects, consultants, applicators and project stakeholders.
  
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and site visits to enquiry, negotiation and closure.
  
• Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain a healthy project sales pipeline.
  
• Conduct regular site visits to understand flooring requirements and recommend appropriate product solutions.
  
• Coordinate with technical/application teams for product demonstrations, technical support and project requirements.
  
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business.
  

Requirements

• 2–6 years of core sales experience in Floor Coatings / Epoxy Flooring / PU Flooring / Polyurethane Flooring / Industrial Flooring.
  
• Strong Project Sales experience is mandatory.
  
• Retail Sales / Channel Sales / Distributor Sales candidates will not be considered.
  
• Hands-on sales experience with Epoxy Floor Coatings, PU Flooring or Polyurethane Floor Coating systems.
  
• Strong knowledge of the Delhi NCR project market.
  
• Experience dealing with builders, contractors, architects, consultants, applicators and project clients.
  
• Must own a two-wheeler for field and project visits.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
