Hiring Freshers – Graduate Holder

Location: Chandigarh, Jaipur, Lucknow

Job role: Merchant Engagement & EMI Specialist

Job Type: Field Sales | Merchant Engagement | EMI

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Fixed)

Job Responsibilities:

Visit assigned retail outlets daily, including Electronics, Mobile & Appliance stores.
Drive and increase EMI transactions on existing Pine Labs payment terminals.
Guide walk-in customers about EMI financing options, offers and low-cost EMI schemes.
Explain EMI benefits and available offers to customers and help them complete transactions.
Train and support store staff on the usage and benefits of Pine Labs payment machines.
Build and maintain good relationships with retail merchants and store teams.
Achieve assigned daily and monthly sales/transaction targets.
Maintain regular updates and reports on store visits and EMI transactions.

Requirements

Education: Graduate

Passing Year: 2023–2026

Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Candidates should not have an existing PF & ESI account.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Confident and comfortable with field sales.

Local language fluency is mandatory/preferred.

Willingness to travel within assigned local retail markets.
