Job Description

Lead the design and engineering of steel structures, structural components, and associated systems.
Perform structural analysis, design calculations, and technical validation using industry-standard software.
Design and review structural connections, anchor bolt systems, crane-support structures, and related components.
Coordinate with detailing teams to ensure timely preparation and review of engineering drawings.
Provide technical support to business development, project execution, and manufacturing teams.
Drive value engineering, design optimization, and cost-efficiency initiatives across projects.
Ensure compliance with applicable design codes, quality standards, and engineering best practices.
Mentor engineering teams and contribute to organizational technical capability building.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
17+ years of experience in structural steel design, PEB, or related engineering domains.
Strong proficiency in STAAD.Pro, ETABS, AutoCAD, and MS Office tools.
Extensive knowledge of structural steel design, connections, fabrication drawings, and engineering standards.
Proven ability to manage complex engineering projects and stakeholder relationships.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Demonstrated experience in design optimization and value engineering initiatives.
