About The Role & Team

We are hiring a Graduate to join our Information Services team, aspiring to grow as a Business Analyst working on ERP and financial data initiatives. You will collaborate with Finance and IT teams to translate business requirements into functional configurations, maintain financial and master data.

As a graduate hire, you will learn how to bridge the gap between technology and business by analysing requirements, supporting functional testing, managing financial data structures, and participating in system enhancement initiatives & implementing them.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Finance and IT teams to gather and analyse business requirements across ERP modules like General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Procurement, Fixed Assets etc.
• Support functional configuration of ERP systems and assist with testing during system upgrades or enhancements & implement them.
• Manage and maintain financial master data (e.g., chart of accounts, vendors, cost centers), ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to organizational standards.
• Contribute to identifying pain points and recommending process improvements within finance operations
  
  

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

• Strong interest in becoming a techno-functional Business Analyst, with the ability to bridge business requirements and technical solutions.
• Foundational knowledge of financial concepts and ERP modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Procurement, and Fixed Assets.
• Understanding of master data management principles, especially for finance-related entities like Chart of Accounts, Vendors, and Cost Centers.
• Good organizational, documentation, and communication skills to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to learn about Agile/Scrum methodologies, and MS Azure Devops.
  
  

Education & Qualifications

• B.Com (Hons/Pass), BBA, or a related field preferred; additional coursework or certifications in business analysis, data analytics, or ERP systems is a plus.
