The 2-Year Global Management Trainee Program
This is a structured, cross-functional leadership development program designed to train future operators and managers inside Flowmingo.
Unlike the Future Leaders Program, which emphasizes depth within one strategic track, the Management Trainee Program emphasizes breadth, systems thinking, and operational leadership across functions.
You will rotate across core business areas and learn how an AI startup operates at scale.
Program Tracks
Intern Track (Part-Time)
Early Career Track (Full-Time)
24-Month Program Structure
Phase 1 (0–6 Months): Foundations of Execution
Support live projects across multiple functions, conduct research, track KPIs, and improve internal workflows.
Phase 2 (6–12 Months): Cross-Functional Rotation
Rotate through 2–3 core functions such as Growth, Operations, Product, Monetization, or Partnerships. Lead scoped initiatives and own small KPIs.
Phase 3 (12–18 Months): Initiative Leadership
Lead cross-functional projects, manage junior interns or contractors, and design scalable operational systems.
Phase 4 (18–24 Months): Management Evaluation
Own a function, region, or major initiative. Evaluate readiness for transition into managerial roles.

We run a rigorous selection process designed to identify high-agency future leaders.
Step 1: CV Review
We screen for trajectory, leadership signals, intellectual rigor, and evidence of ownership. We prioritize builders over passive participants. Please apply using this LINK.
Step 2: Skills Assessment
Shortlisted candidates complete structured evaluations assessing leadership potential, communication clarity, analytical thinking, and technical reasoning (where relevant). We look for structured judgment under ambiguity.
Step 3: Team Interview
You will engage in a high-signal discussion with relevant team members. We evaluate systems thinking, execution discipline, and cultural alignment in a remote, high-performance environment.
Step 4: Founder Interview
Final candidates meet with a founder. This stage focuses on ambition, long-term alignment, decision-making maturity, and readiness for accelerated responsibility.
Step 5: Offer
Offers are extended to candidates who demonstrate exceptional potential, ownership mindset, and alignment with Flowmingo’s long-term vision.
