We’re looking for a Frontend Engineer (1+ year experience) who is not just comfortable implementing UI — but also has a strong design instinct.

If you enjoy translating Figma designs into pixel-perfect interfaces, thinking deeply about user experience, and owning frontend implementation end-to-end, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

UI Implementation & Ownership

• Convert Figma designs into responsive, production-ready React applications
• Build reusable components with clean architecture
• Ensure pixel-perfect UI implementation and consistent design language
• Own features end-to-end — from design handoff to production deployment

Design Collaboration

• Work comfortably with Figma (inspect layouts, spacing systems, assets)
• Suggest UX improvements and visual refinements
• Maintain consistency in typography, spacing, color systems, and interaction states

React Development

• Build modular and scalable ReactJS applications
• Manage application state efficiently
• Integrate REST APIs and handle async data flows
• Implement proper loading, error, and edge state handling

Performance & Code Quality

• Ensure responsive behavior across devices
• Optimize performance (code splitting, lazy loading, minimizing re-renders)
• Write clean, readable, maintainable code
• Follow best practices for frontend architecture

Collaboration

• Work closely with backend engineers for API integrations
• Participate in feature planning and technical discussions
• Document UI components and implementation logic

What You Bring

Must-Have Skills

• 1+ year experience in frontend development
• Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS
• Comfortable working with Figma
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
• Strong UI/UX sense and design aesthetics
• Ability to independently implement complete features
• Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
• Experience working with REST APIs
• Strong English communication skills

Bonus Points

• Exposure to React Native
• Experience with TypeScript
• Familiarity with modern CSS frameworks or component libraries
• Experience working in startup environments
• Basic knowledge of performance optimization and frontend testing
