KRA1 Reports & Presentations 1)Preparation/Review various MIS presentation including Chairman presentations, CEO, MBR etc. on Monthly basis.

• Preparation monthly Target report for Submission to Management after collection of data from Production, marketing & Purchases dept. etc.
• Preparation of estimated profitability for next three months and likely scenario of unit profitability for balance period
• Preparation & Compilation of BRC presentation on quarterly basis.
• Preparation of comparison statements, Variance analysis of actual from budget & Target.
• Assist in preparation of all financial reports, proposal evaluation.
  
  

• Preparation of budgeted monthly financials.
• Various other statements as per management requirement.
  
  

• Authorization of vendor master codes
• Manual Authorization of vouchers, debit & credit notes.
