Job Title: DMA DealerDepartment: Institutional Broking / TradingRole Overview

The DMA Dealer will be responsible for executing institutional client orders through Direct Market Access (DMA) platforms, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory and internal risk frameworks. The role involves managing high-value trades, monitoring market conditions, and supporting algorithmic and institutional trading strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute institutional client orders via DMA platforms, including high-value and bulk trades, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and optimal execution.
  • Manage and monitor institutional and algorithmic trading activities in alignment with predefined strategies and prevailing market conditions.
  • Ensure strict adherence to exchange regulations, internal compliance policies, and established risk management frameworks.
  • Perform real-time and post-trade surveillance to identify irregularities, suspicious transactions, or potential compliance breaches.
  • Collaborate closely with Risk and Compliance teams to investigate flagged trades and ensure appropriate documentation and reporting.
  • Support the development and execution of trading strategies in coordination with Research and Institutional Sales teams.
  • Handle large and complex orders efficiently while minimizing market impact and enhancing execution quality.
  • Maintain strong engagement with institutional clients to understand trading requirements and deliver effective execution support.
  • Monitor market trends, liquidity, and volatility to optimize execution decisions and improve trade outcomes.
  • Ensure accurate post-trade activities including confirmation, reconciliation, and reporting.
  • Stay updated with regulatory developments, exchange circulars, and best practices related to DMA and algorithmic trading.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 4+ years of experience in institutional broking, DMA dealing, or algorithmic trading environment.
  • Strong understanding of equity markets, trading lifecycle, and execution platforms.
  • Sound knowledge of regulatory requirements, compliance standards, and trade surveillance practices.
  • Proven ability to manage large-value and bulk orders for institutional clients.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and risk awareness.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • In depth knowledge of trading platforms like Omnesys, Greek-soft etc.
  • Hands on experience in Fix connectivity operations
