Job Description

Business Growth & Acquisition

  • Drive credit card sourcing and acquisition through distributors, DSAs, and channel partners.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual acquisition and revenue targets.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies for expanding the credit card business through the app platform.
  • Identify new business opportunities and distribution partnerships.

Distributor & Partner Management

  • Onboard, manage, and engage distributors and channel partners.
  • Conduct training sessions on credit card products, sales processes, and compliance guidelines.
  • Monitor partner productivity and drive activation initiatives.
  • Build long-term relationships with key partners to enhance business performance.

Digital Platform & App Management

  • Drive adoption and effective usage of the distributor application.
  • Coordinate with product and technology teams to improve user journeys and conversion funnels.
  • Monitor app performance metrics, lead conversions, and sourcing trends.
  • Provide recommendations for digital enhancements and process improvements.

Sales & Process Management

  • Ensure smooth end-to-end customer onboarding and application processing.
  • Coordinate with operations, underwriting, and customer service teams for faster resolution of issues
