Job Description

Coordinate quantity surveying activities including material take-offs, cost estimation, and reconciliation. Interface with procurement and execution teams to ensure budget adherence and timely reporting.

Assist in the preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates, and tender documentation.

Track and manage variations, change orders, and scope adjustments, ensuring proper documentation and valuation.

Coordinate with project teams to ensure all contractual obligations are met.

Assist in claims preparation for time and cost impacts, ensuring compliance with contract requirements.

Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams for quantity updates and cost data validation.

Contribute to value engineering and cost optimization initiatives.

Support the preparation of cost comparisons, bid tabulations, and negotiation documentation.
