Job Title: Client Advisor (RP)

We are looking for a Client Advisor to join our luxury jewellery brand, Zoya. As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and assisting them in finding the perfect pieces of jewelry that suit their style and preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

- Provide personalized recommendations and styling advice

- Assist clients in selecting and trying on jewellery pieces

- Process transactions and handle inquiries with professionalism

- Stay up-to-date on latest jewellery trends and product knowledge

Requirements:

- Previous experience in luxury retail or customer service

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Passion for jewellery and luxury products

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
