Job Title: Business Development Manager – Mega Accounts

Function: Group Business (Life Insurance)

Role Purpose

Drive acquisition and servicing of large corporate (Mega) accounts in the Group Life Insurance segment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire large corporate clients for Group Life Insurance solutions
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of Mega Accounts
  • Engage with HRs/CXOs for business development and relationship management
  • Support end-to-end sales cycle including proposal, pricing coordination, and closure
  • Drive retention and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
  • Coordinate with internal teams for seamless onboarding and servicing

Key Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B / Corporate Sales (Insurance, Banking, BFSI preferred)
  • Exposure to Group Insurance / Employee Benefits is an advantage
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage large accounts and work in a target-driven environment

  • New business acquisition
  • Revenue growth from Mega Accounts
  • Client retention and relationship strength
