In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Data and Analytics Engineering team you play a pivotal role in bridging business needs with innovative data solutions. As a Senior Associate you guide and mentor others, navigating complex challenges while building meaningful client relationships and enhancing your personal brand. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your Property & Casualty Insurance domain knowledge and technical strengths in a dynamic environment, contributing to impactful cloud-based data engineering initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  • Collaborate with teams to design data-driven solutions
  • Support the implementation of analytics tools and methodologies
  • Mentor junior analysts and provide guidance on recommended practices
  • Stay current with industry trends in data analytics
  • Conduct workshops to gather stakeholder input and feedback
  • Maintain data integrity and compliance with standards
  • Generate reports to communicate findings and recommendations

What You Must Have

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 5 years of experience
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

  • 5 to 8 years of experience
  • Proven knowledge of Property & Casualty Insurance domain
  • Experience with Guidewire X-Center and reporting frameworks
  • Hands-on experience with data modeling and SQL
  • Understanding of ETL concepts and data transformation
  • Experience in agile delivery methodologies and tools
  • Excelling in communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrating ownership of end-to-end delivery
  • Travel to client locations may be required
