As part of the Software and Product Innovation team you analyze complex business problems and develop innovative solutions. As a Senior Associate, you guide and mentor junior team members while building meaningful client relationships and navigating the complexities of data analysis. • Bachelors Degree
• 3 years of experience in business analysis
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

• Possessing advanced SQL skills across multiple ETL tools
• Leveraging data analytics for innovative problem-solving
• Collaborating effectively with diverse teams
• Understanding data modeling and schema design principles
• Translating business requirements into technical approaches
