Key Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive online bidding strategy to identify potential projects, assess their feasibility, and determine the best approach to secure them.
• Maintain and expand our presence on online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and others. Create and optimize company profiles, portfolios, and proposals.
• Identify and research potential clients, projects, and opportunities. Proactively reach out to clients through online platforms and other channels.
• Create persuasive and professional project proposals that address client needs, showcase our company's capabilities, and differentiate us from competitors.
• Collaborate with the pricing team to develop competitive and profitable project pricing strategies that align with market trends and client budgets.
• Engage in negotiations with clients to secure contracts, favorable terms, and project details. Ensure the final agreements meet the company's objectives.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to adjust bidding strategies accordingly.
• Monitor and analyze bidding performance metrics, such as win rates, conversion rates, and revenue generated through online bidding.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, designers, developers, and marketers, to ensure smooth project transitions and successful project execution.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in online bidding and securing web design and development projects.
• Strong understanding of web design and development processes and technologies.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in using online bidding platforms (e.g., Upwork, Freelancer).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
