Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced AI Solutions Manager to lead enterprise AI initiatives by combining product strategy, technical expertise, and delivery excellence. The role involves driving AI architecture, roadmap, and execution while ensuring scalability, compliance, and measurable business outcomes. You will also be responsible for building and mentoring high-performing teams and fostering innovation.

Key Responsibilities

AI Strategy & Architecture

• Define and implement AI product strategy aligned with business goals
• Translate business problems into scalable AI solutions and roadmaps
• Architect enterprise-grade AI systems with focus on performance, security, and scalability

Product Management

• Own the AI product lifecycle from ideation to deployment
• Define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and ensure user-centric design
• Drive go-to-market strategies and stakeholder alignmemnt

AI & GenAI Solutions

• Design and deliver Generative AI applications using LLMs
• Work with multi-agent systems and orchestration frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, LangGraph)
• Develop conversational and agentic AI solutions

Team & Stakeholder Management

• Build, mentor, and scale cross-functional teams
• Collaborate with engineering, product, security, and operations teams
• Manage vendors and evaluate emerging AI technologies

Delivery & Governance

• Ensure robust IT delivery, governance, and compliance
• Maintain SLAs/SLOs, observability, and system reliability
• Drive cost optimization and operational efficiency

Required Skils

AI/ML & Gen AI

• Expertise in Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Conversational AI
• Experience with orchestration frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, LangGraph

Cloud & Architecture

• Hands-on experience with AWS / Azure / Gcp
• Strong expertise in Kubernetes and containerization
• Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, Event Grid, AKS
• GCP tools like Vertex AI, Pub/Sub, GKE, Cloud Functions

MLOps & DevOps

• Model lifecycle management, monitoring, and governance
• CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Cost optimization and observability

Product & Delivery

• Roadmap planning and feature prioritization
• Stakeholder management and Agile delivery
• Risk management and compliance frameworks

Leadership

• Strong team management and mentoring skill
• Strategic planning and execution capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
• 8–12 years of experience in AI/ML, product management, and IT delivery
• Proven experience in deploying scalable AI solutions
• Strong programming skills (Python preferred)
• Familiarity with modern AI ecosystems
