About the Company

A well-known global consumer brand is building its India commercial team and has partnered with Flexiple to hire. You will own relationships with the accounts that drive the brand's growth, from renewal to expansion. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As an Account Manager, you will be the trusted point of contact for a portfolio of key accounts, keeping them successful, renewed, and growing through proactive, value-led relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Account Growth

• Own a portfolio of accounts and their retention and renewal
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and close them
• Build account plans that map to each client's goals

Relationship and Delivery

• Be the day-to-day contact and resolve issues before they escalate
• Coordinate with delivery and support to keep clients successful
• Track account health and report on revenue and risk

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 3 to 7 years in account management, key accounts, or client success
• A record of growing and retaining a book of business
• Strong relationship and commercial communication skills
• Hands-on with CRM tools and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing global or consumer-brand accounts
• Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar
• Comfort negotiating renewals and commercial terms
