You will help a brand millions already know run a sharper, more consistent store and channel network. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As a Retail Operations Manager, you will own the processes that keep stores and channels running well, from inventory and merchandising standards to store performance and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Store & Channel Operations

• Own retail SOPs, merchandising standards, and store compliance
• Coordinate inventory, replenishment, and stock accuracy across locations
• Drive consistency in customer experience across the network

Performance & Improvement

• Track store performance, sales, and operational KPIs
• Build dashboards and reporting for regional and brand leadership
• Identify gaps and roll out practical operational improvements

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 3 to 7 years in retail operations, store operations, or area management
• A process-first mindset with strong attention to detail
• Comfort with Excel or Google Sheets and operational reporting
• Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to retail, FMCG, or consumer-brand environments
• Experience managing multi-store or multi-channel operations
• Familiarity with POS, inventory, or retail-analytics tools
