Internal Communications Officer

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute global internal communication and change management strategies.
• Create newsletters, intranet content, leadership communications, and employee engagement campaigns.
• Support transformation initiatives, town halls, and internal events.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders and senior leaders.
• Manage content creation, publishing, and communication channels.
• Ensure consistent messaging aligned with corporate objectives and values.
• Partner with External Communications to amplify relevant content.

Skills & Competencies:

• Experience: 5+ years in internal communications, corporate communications, or employee engagement.
• Strong writing, editing, storytelling, and English communication skills.
• Experience in change management and organizational transformation.
• Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Excellent planning, organization, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in SharePoint, Viva Engage, Microsoft 365, and CMS platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
