About the Team

The Platform Hiring Team (PHT) is building a centralized, technology-enabled hiring engine for repeatable, scaled hiring roles across supported DoorDash, Deliveroo and Wolt businesses. Youll join the Platform Hiring Team, PHTs system-facing execution arm. This team owns candidate delivery inside the active hiring platform, today Fountain: reviewing AI-supported recommendations, making the final hiring decision, and moving candidates through to offer at speed and scale.

About the Role

Youll work within Fountain, Greenhouse or future ATS systems completing assigned workflows within agreed service windows and approved productivity standards. Youll review AI-supported recommendations, assess interview content, confirm eligibility and rehire status, and make and document the final human candidate progression decision using approved criteria. Youll complete the approved offer flow and promptly escalate pipeline risks, system defects, scoring anomalies, compliance concerns, and recurring workflow friction to your Team Lead.

• Work from shared platform queues and complete assigned workflows within agreed service windows.
• Own assigned candidate cases across application review, candidate contact, interview coordination where required, progression, offer acceptance, system disposition, and accepted-offer handoff.
• Review platform and AI-supported recommendations using approved, job-related criteria.
• Review interview content, eligibility, rehire status, and required hiring information.
• Make and document the final human candidate progression decision within the approved process.
• Maintain timely candidate communication, manage rescheduling or no-show recovery, and close cases professionally.
• Trigger an approved offer video or conduct an offer call based on the role, market, and candidate need.
• Maintain complete, accurate, and compliant candidate records in the active system.
• Escalate low pipeline, system defects, scoring anomalies, compliance concerns, and complex candidate cases.
• Support light sourcing, virtual attraction activity, or online events when assigned and trained.
• Identify workflow friction, recurring exceptions, and opportunities to improve platform design.
• Apply new workflows, playbooks, and quality standards consistently across supported markets.
• Flex across qualified pipelines based on capacity, language, time zone, and business priority.

Were excited about you because

• 2+ Years of relevant experience in scaled hiring recruiting, sourcing, recruiting coordination, candidate operations, or a comparable service environment. Senior profiles should bring demonstrated end-to-end recruiting ownership.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort completing repeatable work at pace.
• Sound judgment and confidence making fair, evidence-based candidate decisions.
• Clear written and verbal communication with a strong candidate-service mindset.
• Comfort using applicant tracking systems or workflow tools such as Fountain, Greenhouse, or comparable systems.
• Ability to interpret performance data, follow documented standards, and escalate unusual results.
• Curiosity about automation and a commitment to responsible human review of AI-supported outputs.
• Ability to work collaboratively across cultures, time zones, and changing priorities.
• French language skills
