Senior Principal / Associate Director, Data Science, AI & Analytics – Predictive Ops and Insights
Responsibilities
Define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI, data science, and analytics capabilities across Predictive Ops and Insights.
Lead the design and implementation of scalable, sustainable, and future-ready technical architectures leveraging the latest advancements in AI and agentic AI.
Serve as the senior solution architect for cross-functional initiatives, ensuring seamless integration across platforms and domains.
Drive innovation in predictive AI-based operations, including ServiceNow “Now Assist,” and enable descriptive analytics and insights generation on ServiceNow data.
Oversee the adoption and optimization of Azure Cloud, Azure ML Services, AWS, and data architecture for global IT Service Management (ITSM) and workplace solutions.
Mentor and lead a team of data scientists, AI engineers, and analysts, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable AI and analytics solutions.
Qualifications
Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:
Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
10+ years of experience in data science, artificial intelligence, and analytics, with a proven track record in designing and implementing enterprise-scale AI solutions.
Expertise in Python programming, with strong experience in Azure and AWS cloud ecosystems.
Strong understanding of the evolving AI landscape, including agentic AI, LLMs, generative AI, and MLOps best practices.
Demonstrated experience architecting sustainable, end-to-end technical solutions for complex, global organizations.
Proven leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing technical teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior business and technology leaders.
Good to Have:
Experience with ServiceNow IT Operations (ITOps) and domain expertise in IT service management.
Vendor management experience, including evaluating, onboarding, and collaborating with AI and analytics technology partners.
