Deloitte USI Consulting Services is looking for Workday Technical professionals with proven hands-on experience in at least one full ERP implementation project.

Summary

As a Workday practitioner at Deloitte USI Consulting Services, you will design, build, and deploy enterprise-scale Workday technical integration solutions, collaborating with cross-functional and global teams to translate client requirements into robust and effective technical deliverables. You will independently manage your technical workstream responsibilities while guiding and mentoring junior team members, bringing structure and expertise to every stage of the engagement. Your role spans the full project lifecycle — from estimation and planning through build, testing, cutover, and post go-live support — ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of solutions that meet client needs and project delivery standards.

Work You Will Do

You will lead the implementation of Workday technical integrations by analyzing client requirements and designing, building, testing, and deploying robust integration solutions. You will play a key role throughout all project phases — from requirements gathering and technical design through to post go-live support — ensuring solutions are accurately built, thoroughly tested, and aligned to client needs. You will coordinate with client IT and boundary system teams on end-to-end integration testing and cutover activities, ensuring comprehensive and effective solutions that address client needs and deliver successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of consulting or relevant industry experience in Workday Technical or related ERP technical roles.
• Proven proficiency in Workday integration tools — EIB, Core Connectors, Document Transformation, and Workday Studio. Experience in using these tools to design, build, test and deploy integrations.
• Hands-on experience in at least one end-to-end ERP implementation project in a technical role; multiple full lifecycle implementations are preferred and expected for more experienced resources.
• Prior to Workday if the candidate has experience in other ERP packages such as Oracle Cloud, Oracle EBS, PeopleSoft and SAP FICO with demonstrated ability to transition into newer technologies will also be considered for this opportunity.
• Ability to translate functional and integration requirements into robust technical designs.
• Experience in leading design discussions and owning solutioning using Workday tools would be preferred.
• Create and maintain integration technical design documents in line with delivery standards. Conduct unit testing, support test cycles and address technical defects.
• Experience in data conversions is preferred and would be an added advantage.
• Coordinate with Client IT and boundary systems for end-to-end testing and cutover activities.
• Capable of working independently, managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. Mentor junior consultants and review their technical deliverables.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills with mature judgement.
