Job Title: Workday Integration Engineer

Job Location: Hyderabad

Job Role: A Workday Integration Engineer plays a crucial role in managing and optimizing integrations between Workday and other business systems.

Job Description:

• Develop, test, maintain and support all Workday integrations using the suite of Workday integration tools, including but not limited to studio, connectors and PECI files.
• Support mass change imports using Workday EIBs.
• Analyze business requirements and provide effective integration solutions.
• Prepare detailed technical documentation to support design and ongoing maintenance of completed integrations.
• Partner with appropriate teams for unit, system and UAT testing.
• Provide on-going support and collaboration with required business units, including but not limited to planning, validation, testing and service updates.
• Ensure data integrity and privacy at the highest levels.
• Good working knowledge of Workday Studio, Report Designer and BIRT reporting
• Good working knowledge of Integrations using Core Connectors, PICOF , PECI, Benefit Integrations
• Good working knowledge of EIB , Calculated fields and Business processes
• Good working knowledge on Advanced, Composite reports
• Hands on Workday Upgrade and Support projects
  
  

• looking for Integration Engineers with experience in Tray.io, HighTouch, Zappier.
• Experience in 2 out of 3 of the tools mentioned here is mandatory with a willingness to learn

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations using Tray.io, Hightouch, and Zapier.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand integration requirements and identify opportunities for automation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring data integrity and consistency across systems.
• Create and maintain documentation for integration processes, workflows, and best practices.
• Monitor and optimize integration performance and reliability.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates from integration platforms.
  
  

• Proven experience with Tray.io, Hightouch, and Zapier or similar integration platforms.
• Strong knowledge of APIs and webhooks; experience with RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., JavaScript, Python, or Ruby) for custom integrations.
• Familiarity with databases and data modeling concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
