Role & Responsibilities

Implement and configure Workday Recruiting/Recruitment OR Compensation /Advance Compensationmodules according to client requirements

  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to collect and analyze business needs and translate them into Workday solutions
  • Develop and test Workday integrations utilizing best practices for data exchange
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Workday applications, ensuring optimal performance
  • Conduct user training sessions and create comprehensive documentation for end-users
  • Assist in project planning, timeline management, and stakeholder communication throughout the implementation lifecycle

Skills & Qualifications

  • Must-Have
  • Strong experience in Workday Recruiting/ Advanced Compensation as a Functional Consultant
  • Good experience in handling projects and customer escalations
  • Strong implementation project experience
  • Preference will be given to candidates certified in Workday Recruiting
  • If sharing candidates certified in Core HCM, they should have 4–5 implementation projects in Recruiting/ Advanced Compensation implementation
  • Candidate should have Implementor Access along with certification
