Role Description The VP – Products (AI & Low-Code Platform) is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Hyderabad, responsible for owning the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AmpleLogic’s AI-driven and low-code platform offerings. This role includes overseeing end-to-end product lifecycle management, from ideation and market analysis to design, development, launch, and continuous improvement. The VP will lead and mentor product teams, collaborate closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success to prioritize features, ensure product-market fit, and drive adoption across the life sciences customer base. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining measurable product goals, reviewing product performance and customer feedback, guiding AI and low-code capabilities, and ensuring that all products meet regulatory, quality, and usability standards. The role also involves engaging with key clients and industry stakeholders, identifying new opportunities, and positioning AmpleLogic’s platform as a strategic differentiator in global life sciences markets.

Qualifications

Strong product strategy and vision, with demonstrated experience in defining and executing product roadmaps aligned with business objectives.Advanced analytical skills to interpret market trends, customer data, and product performance metrics for data-informed decision-making.Deep expertise in product management, including end-to-end lifecycle management, prioritization, and stakeholder alignment.Proven cross-functional team leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, sales, marketing, quality, and regulatory teams.Hands-on experience in product development, ideally in AI-driven platforms, low-code/no-code technologies, or enterprise software for regulated industries and know coding preferred from technical experience.Background in life sciences, pharma, biotech, or related regulated domains is highly beneficial.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and customers.Candidate should be expertise in coding
