Vice President Engineering Manager

What role will you play?

In this role, you will lead the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of your technology’s aligned features. You will also be responsible for hiring, developing, and retaining an engineering team that meets business needs and aligns with our overall system architecture. In addition, you will mentor engineers, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and provide strategic technical leadership.

What You Offer

• Computer science or equivalent background with 12+ years of relevant experience with strong expertise in full‑stack web technologies, including Node.js and modern JavaScript frameworks such as React and Angular.
• Proven ability to build scalable, maintainable and high‑performing web applications, including creating RESTful APIs, contributing to microservices, and implementing serverless architectures.
• 3–5 years of experience leading and managing high‑performing engineering teams.
• Strong DevOps capability across CI/CD (GitHub), containerization (Docker), and cloud‑based deployments such as AWS EKS.
• Solid understanding of software engineering best practices, along with hands‑on operational experience supporting critical production platforms
