Finance Transformation

Level: Hyperion P&E Manager

As a Manager at Deloitte Consulting, you will manage Oracle Cloud FP&A implementations, working with global teams to translate requirements into deliverables. You will guide junior staff and manage all project phases to deliver solutions on time and with quality.

Work youll do

As a Manager, Functional Transformation on the Finance Transformation team, you will be responsible for:

• Leading Oracle Planning implementation engagements across estimation, requirements gathering, planning, execution, testing, hypercare, and ongoing support
• Managing delivery of Oracle Enterprise Performance Management solutions, including EPBCS, PCMCS, and EPCMCS components such as integrations, calculation scripts, business rules, dashboards, forms, and reports
• Overseeing project governance activities, including risk management, issue resolution, escalation management, and delivery tracking for client engagements
• Driving application quality through system testing, user acceptance testing, performance optimization, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
• Collaborating with client stakeholders, onsite and offshore teams, and internal leaders while mentoring junior practitioners and supporting sales proposal efforts

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with strong analytical skills and business acumen to join us in delivering innovative solutions and supporting clients in their transformation journey.

Location: Bengaluru / Hyderabad / Pune / Chennai

Qualifications

Required:

• CA, BE, BTech, or equivalent degree
• 10+ years of experience in Oracle Planning implementations
• Experience with Oracle Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS) or Profitability and Cost Management Cloud Service (PCMCS)
• Experience with EPBCS out-of-the-box modules, custom cubes, and reporting cubes
• Experience building and supporting Groovy scripts, business rules, forms, dashboards, data integration, metadata management, and Multidimensional Expressions (MDX) calculations
• Experience leading Enterprise Performance Management project delivery, including estimation, requirements gathering, project planning, system testing, user acceptance testing, and hypercare
• Experience with user provisioning, security setup, EPM Automate, and batch or shell operations
  
  

Preferred:

• Experience with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), Enterprise Data Management Cloud Service (EDMCS), or Enterprise Performance Reporting Cloud Service (EPRCS)
• Experience with prototyping, solution enhancement, and application performance optimization
• Experience supporting sales proposals or pursuit activities
