Finance Transformation

We are seeking a highly motivated Finance & AI Specialist with 6+ years of experience who brings together deep business finance expertise and hands-on artificial intelligence capabilities. This role sits at the intersection of financial strategy and emerging technology, enabling the organization to unlock new value through intelligent automation, predictive analytics, and AI-driven decision support.

The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable building financial models and designing AI pipelines — translating complex financial requirements into scalable, intelligent solutions. You will serve as a bridge between the Finance function and the Data & Technology organization, driving transformation initiatives that improve speed, accuracy, and strategic insight across the business.

Work youll do

As an Analytics and Insights Engineer III on the Finance AI team, you will be responsible for:

• Translating finance and business requirements into conceptual, logical, and AI-enabled solution designs
• Designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML, Generative AI, and agentic AI solutions for finance use cases such as anomaly detection, cash flow prediction, forecast generation, and expense classification
• Building prompt libraries, retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, APIs, and data integrations across platforms such as AWS, Databricks, and Snowflake
• Collaborating with finance stakeholders, business analysts, and data architects to define technical requirements, document solution designs, and support implementation
• Establishing AI governance, model risk, explainability, and guardrail practices while mentoring team members on AI tools, agentic AI, and prompt engineering
  
  

The team

The Finance AI team helps organizations apply data, automation, and artificial intelligence to improve finance planning, analysis, reporting, and decision support. The team brings together finance, data, and engineering capabilities to develop scalable solutions aligned to business priorities. Team members work closely with stakeholders across Finance and Technology to deliver practical, enterprise-ready outcomes.

Location: Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Pune/Chennai

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, or Master of Business Administration
• 6+ years of experience building AI/ML solutions in enterprise environments supporting finance data and processes
• Experience supporting finance functions such as financial planning and analysis, controllership, or commercial finance
• Experience developing solutions using Python, Generative AI, agentic AI, prompt engineering, and retrieval-augmented generation
• Experience building APIs, data pipelines, or integrations across cloud and data platforms such as AWS, Databricks, Azure Synapse, Google Cloud Platform, or Snowflake
• Experience documenting technical designs, data flows, and solution architecture
  
  

Preferred:

• Experience developing multi-agent systems or workflow-based AI solutions
• Experience implementing natural language processing solutions for contract analysis, audit support, or management reporting
• Experience defining AI governance, model risk, explainability, or model guardrail practices
• Experience with FastAPI, LangChain, LangGraph, NumPy, or Pandas
• Experience with vector databases
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments
