Finance Transformation
Join Deloitte’s Finance Transformation practice to help client service teams define and execute Finance and Global Business Services agendas and strategies. You will work with multidisciplinary teams and market insights to support delivery in environments shaped by market uncertainty, technology change, and regulatory considerations. Your work may span strategy, operations, process design, and technology enablement to help clients unlock value and transform finance.
Level: Consultant, Functional Transformation
As an experienced Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements.
Work youll do
As a Consultant, Functional Transformation on the Business Finance team, you will be responsible for:
- Lead end-to-end Anaplan model development across requirements gathering, solution design, build, testing, deployment, and Hypercare support
- Translate business requirements into Anaplan model designs, technical user stories, and scalable planning solutions
- Build and enhance lists, data loads, dashboards or New UX pages, and calculations to support planning requirements
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to support deliverable quality, risk identification, and issue resolution
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing and prepare design documents, test documentation, training materials, and administration guides

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with strong analytical skills and business acumen to join us in delivering innovative solutions and supporting clients in their transformation journey.
Qualifications
Required:
- 3–7 years of experience in Anaplan model building, data modeling, and data integration
- Experience leading Anaplan implementations across requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment
- Experience building lists, data loads, dashboards or New UX pages, and calculations in Anaplan
- Experience translating spreadsheet-based solutions into multidimensional Anaplan models
- Experience working with business users to convert functional requirements into technical user stories
- Experience conducting User Acceptance Testing and preparing design, test, training, and administration documentation
- Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) or equivalent from an accredited university
Certification:
- Anaplan Level 1 (required)
- Anaplan Level 2 (required)
- Anaplan Way (required)
- Anaplan Level 3 (required)
Preferred:
- Anaplan Certified Master Anaplanner and/or Solution Architect
- Anaplan Data Orchestrator certification
- Experience building Anaplan models for financial planning, workforce planning, or sales and operations planning
- Experience with Anaplan Connect or similar integration tools
- Experience with Agile implementation methodology
- Experience supporting data governance, security, and compliance in planning solutions
