• Minimum 2+ years of experience in US Non-IT Recruitment
• Expertise in Engineering, Construction, Finance, Banking, Automotive, Legal, and other Non-IT fields in recruitment
• Proficiency with LinkedIn RPS, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and more
• A track record of meeting goals and KPIs
• Proficiency using an ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
• Strong sourcing skills and a Boolean Search expert in finding qualified resumes for Accountant, Financial Controller, Production Supervisor, CNC Machinist, CAD Design Engineer, Quality Engineer, Project Engineer, Marketing manager, Civil/ Mechanical/ Electrical engineer etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
