UI UX Designer

This role expands focus from execution to influence within delivery teams. You will own workstreams, elevate craft quality, and begin shaping solutions beyond individual features. Key Responsibilities Lead design activities within cross functional teams to deliver high-quality experiences. Participate in design driven programs and advocate for end-user needs. Design and deliver artifacts across digital and service environments. Push beyond standards to explore innovative and distinctive solutions. Collaborate closely with partners to understand broader organizational goals. Use storytelling to influence decisions and build trust. Stay current with design trends, methods, and tools. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 2+ years of professional design experience. Strong ability to communicate ideas and influence decisions. Demonstrated understanding of industry standards. Strong time and issue management skills. Experience executing work end-to-end. Ability to give and receive critiques. Proficiency in relevant design tools.
