About The Job

UI/UX Designer (2–3+ Years Experience)

Techdome is seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer who is passionate about building intuitive, visually compelling, and user-centric digital experiences. In this role, you will translate user needs and business requirements into elegant design solutions while collaborating closely with product, engineering, and business teams.

You will be hands-on across the full design lifecycle—research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, testing, and refinement—while continuously learning and adapting to evolving design trends and AI-driven tools.

This role is ideal for a self-driven individual contributor (IC) with a strong thought process, innovation mindset, and a genuine interest in growing with global UI/UX communities and industry advancements.

Key Responsibilities

Design intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user interfaces based on UX research and data-driven insights.

Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to clearly communicate design ideas.

Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to iteratively improve designs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, QA, Business) to ensure designs align with user needs and business goals.

Define and maintain design standards, guidelines, components, and best practices.

Ensure attention to detail across layouts, typography, color systems, and interactions.

Stay updated with industry trends, emerging UI/UX patterns, AI-powered design tools, and new technologies.

Act as a strong individual contributor, owning design outcomes end-to-end.

Required Skills & Experience

2–3+ years of hands-on experience as a UI/UX Designer.

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

Strong experience in UX research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.

Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and interaction design.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Strong attention to detail with an innovative and structured thought process.

Open to learning, feedback, and continuous improvement.

Exposure to and practical usage of AI tools to enhance design productivity and creativity.

Portfolio showcasing real-world UI/UX projects and problem-solving approaches.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

Active involvement in UI/UX forums, regional or global design communities, groups, or meetups to stay current with market trends.

Experience designing forms, workflows, and user journeys for diverse regions and audiences.

Familiarity with modern design systems and best-in-class design techniques.

Certifications or professional courses in UI/UX design.

Ability to balance creativity with usability, feasibility, and business impact.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Design, HCI, or a related field.

Prior Experience In UI/UX-focused Roles Is Highly Preferred.
