UI/UX Designer (225-613)

As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience and interface design of our digital products. You will be responsible for crafting visually appealing, user-centric designs that enhance the functionality and interactivity of our applications and websites. Your ability to understand user needs, conduct thorough research, and translate them into intuitive design solutions will be key. Working closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders, you will ensure that our products are not only visually engaging but also easy to use and navigate. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction.
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering teams.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to improve existing interfaces and user experiences.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards to maintain brand consistency.
• Work with the development team to ensure the practicality of design solutions and their implementation.
• Test designs for intuitiveness, efficiency, and effectiveness to enhance usability and accessibility.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technologies to keep designs innovative and current.
• Facilitate user-testing sessions and workshops to gather feedback directly from users.
• Collaborate with team members to develop creative content strategies for web and mobile platforms.
• Demonstrate and advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the design process.
• Present design concepts to peers and management, articulating ideas clearly and persuasively.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in UI/UX design or related field.
• Proficiency in design software like Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing excellent work and demonstrating process and methodology.
• Deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design frameworks and principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Solid experience with creating wireframes, user flows, storyboards, and prototypes.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and JavaScript for rapid prototyping is a plus.
