What this job involves:

• Ensure all trip sheets are submitted to security by drivers within 12hrs from the trip completion time
• Tally the submitted trip sheets against the number of trips done for any difference
• Data entry into the MIS system as per the prescribed format (based on the system availability)
• Maintain vehicle Wise daily trip sheet data and cross verifying the same with TPT billing MIS data which is shared with you on a timely manner.
• Maintain and manage all records using defined process
• Cab attendance data to be captured
• Cab compliance checks and closure of the self-observations and observations shared by TPT team
• Submission of renewed vehicles documents on time
• Submission of all invoices (Cab costing, GPS, BGC etc.)

• MIS accuracy
• On time closure of escalations
• On time invoice submission
• On time NDC submission

• Work experience as Transport executive or fleet management or similar role
• Excellent MS Office knowledge
• Outstanding organizational and team, vendor and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Employee specification
• Graduate with 3 plus experience.
