We are seeking an accomplished Quality Engineering & Testing Transformation Leader with deep expertise in driving enterprise‑scale QA transformation, AI‑led testing, and large managed services engagements. The role involves working closely with senior customer stakeholders, shaping high‑value deals, and delivering innovation‑driven quality outcomes.

• Lead and drive large‑scale Quality Engineering & Testing transformation programs across global clients
• Manage and scale QET programs with 200+ team members across geographies
• Define and execute AI‑led QA strategies, including automation, GenAI, continuous testing, and digital quality
• Shape opportunities by converting Staff Aug / T&M models to Managed Services and outcome‑based engagements
• Own end‑to‑end solutioning and presales for large testing deals ($10M+ annual revenue)
• Partner with Senior VP / CXO‑level stakeholders internally and at customer organizations
• Stay ahead of market trends, tools, and analyst insights in Quality Engineering

• 20+ years in Quality Engineering & Testing (manual, automation, non‑functional, digital testing)
• Strong hands‑on expertise in:
  • Automation & Open‑Source Tools: Selenium (Java / C# / Python), Playwright
  • AI‑led QA: MCP, AI/ML validation & explainability, GenAI testing, synthetic data generation
  • AI Tools: GitHub Copilot, NLP‑based test automation, exposure to Agentic AI solutions
• Deep knowledge of:
  • Test data management, test environments, service virtualization
  • Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), DevOps, and CI/CD
• Domain exposure in Banking, Retail, Healthcare, Telecom
• Minimum 5 years of presales and end‑to‑end solutioning experience in testing
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and technical writing skills
• Ability to work as a hands‑on leader and individual contributor
• Willingness to travel
