Job Description

The Last Mile Training Team seeks a creative and detail-oriented AI expert and Graphic Designer to join our fast-paced, operation-driven environment. In this role, you will be responsible for designing visually compelling and impactful learning materials that enhance training effectiveness across Last Mile operations and deliver AI related training to Last Mile teams

As a Graphic Designer, you will collaborate with trainers, program managers, and business stakeholders to translate complex training concepts into engaging visual content that improves learner experience and retention along with planning and facilitating AI related training in person & virtual

Key job responsibilities

  • Leverage AI tools (e.g., generative AI, automation tools) to improve design productivity and innovation
  • Plan and conduct AI training/awareness sessions for internal teams to enable effective usage of AI tools in daily workflow
  • Design and develop high-quality visual assets for training programs, including presentations, posters, infographics, and digital content
  • Create engaging and easy-to-understand learning materials aligned with adult learning principles
  • Collaborate with Last Mile training teams and stakeholders to understand design requirements and deliver impactful creatives
  • Maintain consistency in branding, visual identity, and design standards across all training materials
  • Convert complex information into visually appealing and digestible formats for frontline associates
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
  • Incorporate feedback and iterate designs to improve quality and effectiveness
  • Stay updated with design trends and tools to continuously enhance content quality
  • Organize and maintain a repository of design assets and templates

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, storyline,camtasia or similar
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Experience using Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Understanding of AI tools (e.g., Generative AI tools, Design AI tools and design automation platforms)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in designing training or e-learning content
  • Knowledge of visual storytelling and instructional design basics
  • Ability to work with large volumes of content and convert it into engaging visuals
  • Experience in using AI for design (prompting, image generation, content creation)
  • Prior experience in delivering training sessions or workshops on AI/tools is a plus
