Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: Minimum 48 months

Experience Breakup: BPO (Lidar/ Labelling exp)

 

Essential Hiring Skills:

•        LIDAR Labelling experience is a must

•        Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools.•        Willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in corporate teaching.•        Bachelor’s degree in any stream•        Proficient computer skills, Google Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Gmail, and Spreadsheet).•        Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management.•        Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.•        Excellent leadership, team building, and management skills.•        Confident in communication, presentation and public speaking skills.•        Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions.•        Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools.•        Willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in corporate teaching.•        Critical thinking and decision making. 

 

Job responsibilities :

•        Consult with Training lead and Managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions.

•        Instruct employee training and onboarding•        Conduct New Hire Training sessions and Refresher Training, etc.•        Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials.•        Coaching and Mentoring new employees.•        Track and compile Training related data.•        Monitor employee performance and response to training.•        Conduct PKT.•        Attend Calibration sessions with the Quality team.•        To Maintain a database of all training materials.•        Review employee performance and learning.•        Perform RCA for errors received from Client.•        New SOP update or new customer update sharing and Cascading this to the team.•        Writing SOP and updating SOP.•        Attend New Customer Training and train the existing operator on new customers.•        Design content based on client requirements•        Core responsibility is to ensure training governance.•        Meet and connect with new hires daily to understand their issues.•        Engage trainees in an effective manner during the Trainee Awaiting Training Phase to arrest infant attrition.•        Should be able to represent as a Wipro Brand Ambassador in front of new hires.•        Should work with key stakeholders and ensure change management of training curriculum and content.
