Dynatrace Administrator

4-7 Years

• Administer and support the Dynatrace monitoring platform.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain Dynatrace components.
• Configure monitoring, alerting, dashboards, and reports.
• Troubleshoot application and infrastructure performance issues.
• Perform incident management and root cause analysis.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest permanent fixes.
• Develop automation scripts using Python or Shell scripting.
• Manage monitoring for Linux, Unix, Windows, applications, and middleware.
• Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams for issue resolution.
