Job Summary

Join our multinational corporation as a TL-Accounting where you will leverage your 7 to 10 years of experience in Finance-Record to Report (GL) and Store Operations. In this hybrid work model you will play a crucial role in optimizing financial processes and ensuring accurate reporting. Your expertise will contribute to enhancing our financial operations and supporting our companys growth objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end Record to Report process ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial operations and improve efficiency.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting accuracy.
  • Provide guidance and support to the finance team in resolving complex accounting issues.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of financial controls and recommend improvements.
  • Coordinate with external auditors to facilitate smooth audit processes.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management highlighting key findings and recommendations.
  • Utilize your expertise in Store Operations to optimize financial processes and drive operational excellence.
  • Support the implementation of new financial systems and tools to enhance reporting capabilities.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the finance team.
  • Contribute to the development of financial strategies that align with the companys objectives.

Qualifications

  • Possess strong analytical skills with a focus on financial data interpretation.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Finance-Record to Report (GL) processes.
  • Exhibit a deep understanding of Store Operations and its impact on financial performance.
  • Have a solid grasp of accounting principles and regulatory compliance.
  • Show experience in process improvement and financial systems implementation.
  • Display excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Hold a bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field.
