• Assist customers with flight bookings, changes, and cancellations
• Handle inquiries and provide information about flight schedules, fares, and travel packages
• Process payments and issue tickets to customers
• Ensure compliance with airline policies and procedures
• Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues and complaints
• Coordinate with airlines and other travel partners to ensure smooth operations
• Provide support to passengers during check-in and boarding processes
• Handle baggage and cargo handling processes
• Conduct security checks as per airport regulations
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and interactions with customers
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes in airline policies Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the travel industry
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficient in using computer systems and ticketing software
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy baggage
