Job Title: Senior– ERP Tester

Job Summary: ERP Test Analyst with expertise in end-to-end business process validation and ERP modules in Finance, HCM, and Supply Chain. Skilled in system testing, integration testing, and third-party application integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business and functional requirements for Finance, HCM, and Supply Chain.
• Design and execute test plans, cases, and scripts for ERP systems (Oracle, Deltek Maconomy, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Perform system testing (ST) and system integration testing (SIT) for ERP modules, including third-party application interfaces (e.g., payroll vendors, banking systems, procurement platforms), with exposure to user acceptance testing (UAT) as well.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and end-users.
• Document defects and ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure test coverage and traceability. Sending status report to client.
• Support go-live and post-implementation validation.
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in software testing, focusing on Finance, HCM, and Supply Chain.
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience in testing end-to-end business processes and ERP modules, including Finance (GL, AP, AR, FA), HCM (Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Recruit, Learn), and Supply Chain (Inventory, Order Management, Procurement, Supplier Portal). Ability to design and execute tests to validate complex integrations and business flows across these modules and with third-party applications.
• Experience with test management tools (e.g., HP ALM, JIRA, ADO).
• Knowledge of automation tools is a plus
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Hands-on experience with cloud ERP platforms such as Oracle Fusion Cloud or Deltek Maconomy is highly recommended.
  
  

Minimum 5 years in ERP testing roles, including client-facing experience on large-scale transformation or systems integration programs.
