Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the implementation of continuous testing processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team to foster growth and innovation.
• Monitor and evaluate testing outcomes to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
